Chris and Crystal Coast Events has provided us with the tents and lighting for our annual Sarah James Fulcher Redfish Tournament for the past two years (2020-2021). Each year, I have been impressed with their services. Chris is always on time, and, as an owner operator, is as responsive and transparent as one can be. Even with the labor shortages during the pandemic, Chris still delivered on a seriously difficult and expansive tent reservation, in a hot climate, providing accommodations over 1600 people. I couldnt recommend anyone more. This guy represents what it means to be an entrepreneur

Chris and his team were amazing! They were able to turn a beach motel into a gorgeous wedding! They provided not one, but two pole tents, all the tables, chairs, flatware, dishes, and glasses for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Throughout the wedding planning process, he was responsive and able to make changes on our order quickly. He was able to make suggestions, come out to the site on multiple occasions to make sure everything would be perfect. The most unprofessional company that I have worked with in my 35 years of event planning from Conventions, Private Country Clubs, and all outside special events. Never showed up to a committed meeting and was last minute setup for an event. Chris did not take any responsibility for his lack of communication to coordinate the setting up of the tents and was extremely rude on site. I would NEVER recommend this company to any individual planning a special event.
