UPDATE:
On December 14, the following day the office sent someone to fix everything. Thank you.
ON On 12/2-12/3, they came to clean, sanitize and replace insulation and cover all the open areas that rodents were getting in. Here is a list of things they did not finish
1. My surveillance camera shows that mice can still come in because they did not seal all the holes they said they would cover.
2. Two of my recessed lights in the kitchen got loose while working in the attic and were unable to connect them back.
3. While working in the attic, they disconnected my furnace/home heater. And since

They are rip artists and their work sucks!!!!! Your going to tell me to throw my furniture away and they didn't even secure the screen they used to seal up openings. I literally just pulled it out!!!!! Whack!!!!!

The worst company to deal with. Horrible customer service and no regard for the needs of the customer. First attempt at installation of insulation one of the installers didn't show up so they could do the install. Second attempt the installers arrived but with the wrong material. Dealing with Ashley and Madisen was horrible. Ashley was rude and could have cared less about the inconvenience caused. When I asked to speak to someone in management she told me I was not allowed to. Now I'm being told I can't have the installation completed for six months. Again when I asked to

Attic guys provided friendly, professional service in the installation of insulation and an attic fan at our home. Brian, Dave and Bruce all worked very hard under hot attic conditions to complete project details to our satisfaction. The Attic Guys were quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and provided good communication in providing a clear contract and work scheduling details. I recommend them and have already recommended them to a neighbor in need of attic insulation replacement.

The crew that came to my home were very courteous. They made sure I knew what was going to happen at every step in the process. They covered the floors ,doors and walls to keep the dust at a minimum. They worked hard and were finished much sooner than I expected. When the work in the attic we need is done I will use The Attic Guys to reinstall the insulation
