Since 2001, N Property Group has provided apartment, house rentals and leasing throughout the Philadelphia area. We also have a specialty in student housing around Temple University, although have no affiliation with the school. For owners, landlords, and condominium associations, we provide full management services including maintenance, repairs, construction, evictions, rent collection, corporate structuring and more.

Unlike many small to mid-size management companies, N Property employs a full-time maintenance team with an extensive skill set including multiple trades such as, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning, demolition, masonry, etc. All employees are fully insured and licensed, proof of which will be provided to the owners upon request.

We are a team passionate about helping students, faculty, and professionals find their perfect rental - right across the street from campus. We manage all of our own properties in-house, keeping them well-maintained with new amenities, high ceilings, bright rooms and so much more. Our tenants appreciate our convenient location - close to Temple University and University City.
