Troy began his career in HVAC and plumbing working for a contractor in 1985, where he delivered parts and supplies to employees on jobsites. He worked his way through the ranks, in several different capacities learning the trade from top to bottom. He wanted more, though. His passion for great customer service shaped his vision for starting his own business.
In 2002, Troy made the commitment, and opened his first business. He started with himself, and one part time employee. His strong work ethic and focus quickly paid off. Troy continued to increase business as well as the number of employees. Troy is very active in his church, local nonprofits, and has taken many mission trips to offer help and share his faith with those in need.
