Tech Marco came to my house to reconfigure my HAR-NBR/DVR-4. Been out for about 8 mos when Spectrum replaced my modem. Couldn't get the initial installer to come back and reconfigure it. Another tech company couldn't figure it out. I decided to call Hunt and ask if they could recommend a tech. I talked to Marco and he offered to come out after work and had it configured in about 20 min. for a nominal service charge. Great system but very complicated if it goes down.
Marco was great, need more people in the service industry like him. I hope Hunt Ele appreciates what an employee he is representing
