Tracy McGuffin is an Owner of TLC Home Care. Before starting TLC in 2015, Tracy was a caregiver for four years and provided compassionate care towards the elderly, while following God's direction. As a small child, she had the desire to care for the elderly. When she grew older, she did everything in her power to volunteer at shelters and senior living communities showing love and appreciation for the senior community.

I am a mother of five, a sea food and vegetable enthusiast, and my passions include photography/ film, health & wellness, and entrepreneurship.

I moved to Fairbanks in August of 2019. Before that I spent a little over a decade in Anchorage. I was born and raised in the Midwest in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. I was raised in a close knit family. As kids we spent time exploring the outdoors on the farm where we spent some of our childhood. My life's passion is helping those with developmental disabilities and seniors.
