They saved the trip to Table Rock lake by "working us in" and replaced a water pump impeller I discovered was bad only a few days before were to leave. Great service!

Very poor customer service. It has been my experience in several years of buying parts from them that they only care about people that make high dollar purchases. I will go out of my way to buy nothing from them ever again.

We bought a 2020 Crownline from Mid Kansas Marine and it has been the best experience. They performed the 20 hours check, and have answered any questions we have had about the boat. During the check they noticed that we were storing the awning improperly and that it would damage the tarp. They brought it our attention and showed us how to properly store it. They took the time to make sure we were totally satisfied with our new boat. I would recommend Mid Kansas Marine to anyone to purchase a new boat or have your boat serviced. The staff is awesome!

We purchase an older tracker magna from here a few months ago. When we called about it and told them we were interested, we put down a $500 deposit. The guy said it would be a couple weeks before we could pick up the boat because they have to run the boat through the shop. We waited. When we picked it up we thought we were getting a working boat that we paid $4000 cash for. The boat hasn't worked ever. We get it on the lake and it barely goes, shuts off randomly, won't start.etc. They told me we could bring it in and they would look at it but we live in Fort Riley and couldn't travel further than

Really like the store limited inventory right now would definitely purchase a boat for them their honesty and integrity impressed me young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable gave us lots of good information maybe by in the fall when they get more stock

Can’t say much about their actual work but customer service was poor. Took boat in for repairs-needed to get estimate first. They don’t do the type of work I needed with their staff, but have several vendors they can coordinate for me to get work done. Sounded great. I was told 3-4 days to get complete estimate. Great. A full week passes, I hear nothing, call in “we’re working on it won’t be much longer” this happens about 2-3 more times. Finally get fed up and I go in personally. I have had nothing but bad times surrounding even the topic of this place. I bought a boat from them financing through the people they recommended. After calling them they say they won't give that much because that's no where close to what the boat books for. We worked out an ok deal from that.
Took my boat on the water for the first time two weeks later five minutes into the ride... The engine overheated. Took it in the next week was told the impeller was broke and that was the reason for the incident. Still cost 700 bucks... Received my boat back in August so working for a school and football

ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!! I called to order a part and gave them my engine serial number in order to get the correct part. Of course because I am a woman they told me that there was only one part that I could get because there was a change in the manufacturing and charged me over $500 for the part. Come to getting the part and guess what, turns out that that part doesn't even fit my boat because there was NEVER a change made. They ordered me a more expensive part because I am a woman and of course I wouldn't know better. I go to exchange that part because once a man calls of course they have the correct
