Known for its stacked-sod bunkers, mix of doglegs and direction changes, spectacular greens and tree-lined winding design, Diamond Hawk is a course all golfers should experience. With Scott Donhauser, former owner of the outstanding fine dining restaurant, Daniel's and Craft & Cork Gastropub in Hamburg, NY as our Head Chef and Bill Richer, the former owner of the wildly popular Wild Bill Hickory BBQ in Clarence, NY as part of our team, we knew we had something special.
