We will be more than happy to verify and bill your insurance company if you have acupuncture coverage and we are able to bill them electronically. You will be responsible for your deductible, co-pay, and any balance that may be left over after your insurance.
If we are not able to bill them electronically you will be informed and have the choice of either paying cash as a self-pay patient or we can provide you a superbill and you would have to seek reimbursement directly from them.For those without insurance or who wish to pay out of pocket you will be given an option to complete the At Time Of Service Fee Agreement when initially booking your appointment.
