They have the best customer service ever ! I needed another piece of porcelain and they were completely out but Nancy and Eric both told me not to fear that they would do their best to locate one for me and sure enough they did !!!!! I selected our master shower floor tile and also our pool coping and decking at Earth stone tile division. I have been working with Esmeralda. She has been excellent to work with . She is dependable, knowledgeable, patient, returns calls and does what she says she is going to do. We have been to many tile stores and I have not experience this level of service. I would highly recommend Esmeralda at Earth Stone tile division. In fact our builder really liked her too! He mentioned he would use them again and really liked Esmeralda's customer service. I even told our pool company who is building
