Friendly, knowledgable, honest staff. Installed my windows and vinyl sliding doors for lanai enclosure in late 2017. Very reasonable prices. Helpful to this day if I have questions!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I am going to make an exception here. We needed replacement for the balance rods for two windows, plus a quote for the replacement of a broken window pane. They charged us a staggering 290,83 USD for the replacement of the rods only (we skipped replacement of the window pane because that alone would have been almost 300 USD). The 4 rods were 12,95 USD each in material. All the rest was charged for labor and a "service call". Note that they came out twice -the first time without any material, although I had send them a picture of the rods that needed
