My daughter school pics came out good. However they arrived and they had one set of wrong photos style ordered in there. I contacted them, took a week for a return call for correction, however they are going to correct them. Haven't recieved them yet by mail, but at least without hassle agreed to fix the error! This is the only reason for the 4 rating was the error and length of time to contact me back on it. Otherwise great!
