Specialized treatment for panic attacks combines cognitive restructuring with nervous system regulation techniques. We help clients understand triggers and develop coping strategies to reduce attack frequency and intensity. The program focuses on restoring confidence in managing acute anxiety episodes.

As a colleague, I experienced complete confidence in Jen's professionalism, clinical knowledge, and competent and compassionate work with patients. I also witnessed Jen's thoughtful, considerate, and kind nature, as well as her generous willingness to provide feedback when asked, or offer helpful insight on clinical issues.
Jen brings compassion and understanding to her work with her clients. In addition to these most critical
