The R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home, Inc. was founded by Ross K. Lindsey, Sr. who originally worked for the J.V. Hicks Co. which was a livery, furniture store (hence the manufacturing of caskets) and funeral furnisher in the late 19th century. In 1908 Ross and Jean, his wife, began purchasing the funeral business from the Hick's Co.

Take I-77S and merge onto US-250E via Exit 81 towards Uhrichsville. Continue on US-250E for approximately 9.8 miles. Continue straight through the traffic light nearing Uhrichsville and continue following US-250E. After US-250E makes a sweeping right curve, the first exit you will see is the Dennison Exit.
