The Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital has been serving the McHenry County area since 1958 and moved to its current location in 1998. We provide a welcoming environment and state-of-the-art technologies to ensure the highest quality of care. We are a full-service veterinary medical facility with 3 doctors, 1 chiropractor and an experienced technical staff, providing the best possible medical, surgical and dental care for our patients.

On weekdays, we prefer to see our clients by appointment to allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures. Emergency and euthanasia cases may take precedence over regularly scheduled appointments, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. On Saturdays, we see patients on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Susan first came to the clinic as a client and loved it so much that she begged Dr. Nick to give her a job! She is now in her 19th year at CLVH, after retiring from a 20 year executive career at Motorola. Susan dedicates her life to her two Doberman Pinschers, her Italian Greyhound mix, and her three kitties.
