We have used S&R tent rental for an annual event for 15 years straight. This year they came out, set up the tent halfway and the crew told us the posts would not stay in the ground and recommended that we not erect the tent for the safety of our guests. The crew told us this has been happening a lot this year due to all the seasonal rain we have had. We of course listened to the pros and the half-erected tent that we pre-paid $1,715.00 for, was taken down. When we called a few days after our event was over about some sort of consideration or credit for the next year, the manager Tonya, refused
