Dr. Heidi Holets was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and attended podiatry school at OCPM in Cleveland, OH. She completed a 4-year level 1 trauma residency in New York City with emphasis on forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery in addition to wound and diabetic care. Dr. Holets has been practicing in the Austin area for over four years.

In order to serve more patients' needs, we also provide care through managed care plans including HMOs (health maintenance organizations) and PPOs (preferred provider organizations) with the appropriate referral. Normally, we receive HMO referrals through patients' primary care physicians. Self referrals are generally permitted for PPO participants.
