Took way too long when they aren't even busy. Not a good job with their best package. Still streaks and dirt on the car

These types of places are a dime a dozen. This place has friendly service and great detailing. Basic, hand or clay wax they are all good. I've been coming g here for years as it's less than 1.5 miles away. So, if you're in the neighborhood stop on by and support local.

This place use to be great. I spent $27 on the so called VIP wash and my car was still covered in dirt. I told the guy that was drying my car and he told me thats all he could do. I asked him to try again and he decline in super rude manner. Disappointed with this new gentrification what a joke. Save yourself some money youll get the same quality at a drive through car wash

Second time going to this wash. Taking both mine and my wife's car here to wash was a terrible decision. Interiors of the cars and some spots outside remained in uncleaned condition, even though I paid for a "Platinum Carwash" and a "Hand Carwash"
Their "Hand Carwash" is indeed machine washed. Explaining to the manager upon arrival that the car cant be machine washed for 5 minutes, they still machine washed the car causing the wrap to dismantle, I have had this car washed countless times and all it took for 1 irresponsibly ran carwash to ruin it. The "owner" came out upon me showing the damage

I have been here twice for the VIP hand wash and both times they did not do the inside at all. I had to ask for them to redo it and they still didnt. It looks like they vacuumed inside only. The outside however looks great but I dont want to pay for them consistently skip the interior.

I dont know why I came back again. The man at the front always tries to upsell and I purchased full wash and interior cleaning. My car wasn't vacuumed, my mats were dirty, all my windows from inside were left dirty. Basically took my $26.99 and put my car through the wash and didn't do anything else to it. Just check your cars before leaving and make sure you drive out with what you paid for. I had to do all the cleaning there myself .

Ive been to this car wash before when they had previous ownership; the customer service wasnt all that. Now, the customer service is maybe moderately better, but the quality of the washes and polishes are less than mediocre. I drive pick up truck with a bed, and they didnt even vacuum the bed. Its clearly dirty, theres sand and leaves in the bed and they literally pretended they didnt notice it. I specifically asked them to wash the bed but they specifically didnt wash the bed. I want to support my fellow armenian businesses but I will not be returning until they have a decent
