I was a patient here in 2017-2018 and loved it. They helped me figure out a lot of my issues and make lasting changes to my lifestyle to feel better. I started having symptoms again, so I made an appointment to come back. However, when I asked about COVID protocols or guidelines, the nurses and front desk attendant were very evasive. I had to call to find out that they were not enforcing a mask mandate, checking vaccinations, or requiring employees be vaccinated. I canceled my appointment, so I can't speak to the care provided in the facility, but I can say that their reason for not requiring masks

I had my first appointment and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dr. Dr. White actually listened to me and was very understanding! She gives a simple easy to follow plan but is not pushing in anyway and I did not feel that her opinion was forced on me as I have with other drs, and for the first time I was not told to take medication for my acid reflux, she actually wants to fix the problem. I definitely feel I'm on the right path to getting better and look forward to going back.

After 8 doctors and so many disappointments, it was such a relief to find Dr. White. She really cares. If you feel like your doctor could care less about helping you (and I think we all do) then you need to check out Dr. White, she's not going to give you a pill quick fix and send you on your way. She's going to get to the root of the issue. Vitality is an incredible resource for greater Nashville.
