I found a house my family and I absolutely loved, we would have offered whatever it took to get the house. We gave a full price offer and it was the only offer. The listing realtor Stephanie Biggs then showed the house later that evening and had another offer and the sellers took the offer. She did not communicate with my realtor what so ever! Apparently the 6% rather than 3% commission meant more to her than ethical business.

I put in an offer on 233 Eastland Dr. I offered full asking, but asking the sellers to replace the roof, since no work had been done on it in 20 years. My offer was in no matter offensive. I still have not received any type of rejection letter from the listing agent. I truly believe it’s because I am African American, and I worked with the listing agent previously.
