I am currently in my third year residing at Millstone Kingsview and one of the many reasons is the maintenance. Service is always speedy even on those rare occasions when required on weekends. Always courteous, friendly and professional. No big deal maintenance required, because they’re very much on top of preventative maintenance. Just the best.
Just made the easy decision to renew my lease for a 4th time with Millstone. Would be difficult to surpass the excellent way this property is managed. The staff from the main office, maintenance and all areas always provide excellent service. For me

I just moved into my apartment two weeks ago with my two children and we love love it! The grounds are kept beautiful, my neighbors are very friendly, the apartments are nice and spacious. But most of all, the community is safe! I wouldn’t have chosen any other place to call home!
I would also like to give a shout-out to the management office for my smooth and seamlessly transition into my new home! The management staff were very professional and welcoming every time we have had an encounter and I truly appreciate it. Most recently I worked with Jordan Barber and her customer service skills

Millstone is a beautiful property. Because of personal life changes, I will no longer be able to move into the building but will most certainly keep Millstone at Kingsview in mind in the future. Carol, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Melanie and the other young lady who works in the office is very pleasant when speaking over the phone. I would highly recommend checking into the building.

Caitlin and Carol are amazing! As soon as we got there we knew we would sign, but Caitlin’s attentiveness and welcoming spirit sealed the deal! The grounds are kept beautifully and we love how close knit the community is. We were recommending the place to others before we even signed! :) Carol is super nice as well and made signing our first lease easy and super enjoyable. Thanks again ladies! We’re happy to make Millstone our home.

Have lived at Millstone for six months and are very pleased with the apartment, the building, and the staff, particularly the maintenance staff. The few maintenance problems we have had were professionally attended to often the same day. We also like the location, away from high traffic yet close to convenient shopping and restaurants.

Millstone is a very nice apartment complex with great amenities. The gym is a good size w/all the equipment you need for workouts of all kinds. The grounds are well kept. The lobbies and halls are cleaned regularly. And the community perks have been nice even w/social distancing. The Millstone staff is very personable and takes care of whatever task you request of them.
