Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists preserve, enhance, or restore movement for patients with injuries, illnesses, or developmental conditions. Patients receive home exercise programs to complement in-office therapy sessions.
Occupational Therapy

We create custom splints for hand and upper extremity conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, and post-surgical recovery. Splints are fabricated during therapy appointments to immediately support patients' rehabilitation needs.

Savannah was a great help when I injured my hand. Not only was she knowledgeable and proficient, but she was very kind and welcoming as well. If I have any other problems Im coming straight back here.

Advantage Therapy and Rehabilitation is by far the best experience in physical therapy I have ever had. All of the staff members are so kind and welcoming. Johnna is an absolutely incredible physical therapist! Not only is she so caring but she is extremely knowledgeable and puts in an amazing effort to make sure Im getting better. She is so in tune with my bodys needs and is a phenomenal motivator. I could not be happier with my time at this facility.

Being in the military for 20 plus years and having many Physical Therapists assigned over the years, I can say without a doubt - the staff here is hands down the best. Every session was a one-on-one tailored plan that focused on the problem area. Highly recommended.

I am a local baker who was suffering from carpal tunnel in both wrists and numbness radiating all the way to my shoulders. I received a referral from Camp Lejeune to Advantage Therapy Rehabilitation and was assigned to the amazing Ms Kali! Im just a few short months she improved my symptoms to almost completely non existent, and gave me the knowledge and tools to manage them as needed! My strength in my hands/grip has increased as well since my time working with her! My hands are a vital part of my job, she saved me from having to have surgery! I am forever grateful and highly recommend her
