Report
My Magnum Energy inverter had a fit and threw multiple fault codes. Magnum tech support was helpful, but shared the bad news that the unit needed to be repaired. Zona is a factory service center, so I gave them a call - they were super helpful from the very first phone call. I packed and shipped the unit on a Monday, got a call on Wednesday that it was repaired and had the fixed unit back on Friday! Amazing turnaround and super service with every encounter. The repaired unit is working great, too. Highly recommended!
