Called 3 times and emailed about a vehicle on their lot. Told the salesman I would purchase today if they could work with me to price it out over the phone. No one picked up the phone or returned my calls.

I will NEVER use this place again. I had a 8:30 appointment for an airbag recall. It's 4:00 and NOTHING. I called the place and they said that they were having issues with installing the bag. Initially, they sent me a text that said if I have any questions, I coukd use the number to text them and get a response. I texted twice and no response. If you read the reviews pertaining to the Service Department Department you'll notice they all appear to be extremely low.

This review is in regards to the service department. I recently bought a new truck from this dealership and after the first month I started having mechanical issues with it. I contacted the service department which had me on hold for 40 minutes just to tell me they couldnt give me an appointment for 3 weeks. I spoke to Jason who told me to bring it down for the repair and he would give me a rental vehicle which I had requested and he agreed to. I arrived on the day of my appointment and he told me he couldnt give me a rental so I had to re-schedule my appointment because I wasnt able to

This is specifically regarding Tony, hes terrible and made us not want to purchase a car here. He asked my sister what car she drove since she was very enthusiastic about getting a Daytona charger she had a Prius c (this is the one she had for college to save $ ) and she was finally ready to get her dream car once she replied he hit her with his paper on her shoulder where he was writing down our info and said oh thats cute and then was adamant to want to run her credit before giving us any numbers while hinting he couldnt give her anything because her credit score might be too
