Scott not only diagnosed the problem he showed me in detail what he was doing. He ran into a huge problem the old pump was stuck and part of it broke off. If he could not dislodge the pump that meant a new well! But not only did he tell me the cost of either pushing the stuck pump down to the bottom of the well (not an easy feat much less money) or replacing the well (much more money) he worked very hard for the first outcome.
