Richard Kowal, DC, CDN
Richard Kowal is an experienced chiropractor and a clinical nutritionist serving patients at his office on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York. Dr. Kowal's chiropractic care focuses on a combination of gentle hands-on therapeutic techniques as well as improvements in exercise, movement, and posture to treat both acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems.

Dr. Kowal completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Development at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He later completed an MS in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, and his Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College. His nutritional interests include strategies for weight loss and reduction of metabolic health risks.
