Oakview Lakes is located in central Florida in the small historic town of Fort Meade. Nestled back under shady oak trees and banked by Peace River, our five-star mobile home community is out of the hustle and bustle of the larger cities, but right in the middle of everything! We are a manufactured home lease community with all double-wide homes, and affordability is our key word.
Our residents love to walk or ride in their golf carts around the nature trail by Peace River, fish in our private lakes, walk among the oak trees, or play on our nine-hole, par-three golf course. We have fishing on three private lakes (no fishing license required) stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Perch and Catfish. Paddle boats are allowed but most residents fish from the shoreline. Oakview Lakes has a large clubhouse where residents have their social events and activities. One of our residents, Pauline Marcoux, has headed up "Oakview Lakes Cozy Quilters" for the past few years.

Our 9 Hole, Par 3 Golf Course at Oakview Lakes provides exceptional challenge and play. Experience a unique golf course comprised solely of all-natural Florida scenery. Land that once was used for a cattle ranch operation has never been changed, altered or removed from its original existence. 1052 total yards with holes ranging from 88 to 166 yards.
