Tim has a background in Information Science with a degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Tim joined the team in 2006, bringing with him his expertise in technology & appraisals in the Residential & Commercial areas as well as a background in Vintage Real Estate and Mineral Rights Issues.
Luke is an Appraisal Apprentice learning and being educated with exemplary hands-on experience with our knowledgible professional appraisers combined with his degree from Youngstown University.Logging in an extensive Apprenticeship is required by all Appraisers before they can become certified & Licensed Appraisers.
