These guys took care of me and the whole process, I literally just had to drop off my 2020 Sonata, which not gonna lie, I was apprehensive about, but they took care of everything. They covered my deductible and I got it back in a week with a free wash. I was very impressed with the repair, you can't even tell my car had dents before hand. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I highly recommend HAIL REPAIR PRO LUBBOCK. Renato, the company's young 22-year old owner, is refreshingly professional, thorough, has a high attention to detail, and answered my many , many questions about the repair of my vehicle .... even after hours. My vehicle went from being totally thrashed in the May 2020 hail storms (there were 5) to looking brand new. Each individual I came in contact with from HAIL REPAIR PRO LUBBOCK, were trained in the utmost caliber of customer service. I also like that Renato hires US Military Reservists. When the next hail storm hits here in Lubbock, AND IT WILL
