Dr. Koon was very thorough in her eye exam, the first one I had had in over a year, and I appreciated her politeness and patience as well. The rest of the staff was likewise helpful when I needed to purchase a new pair of glasses and lenses. I would recommend Panoptic Eye Care to anyone living in Crofton or Gambrills.

Dr. Koon is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She has helped me with my severe dry eyes, styes and stigmatism. I have also been prescribed glasses. Dr. Koon has opened her office for me twice for emergency visits. She is the only doctor that can give me eye drops or place contacts on my eye with ease and precision. Dr. Koon is amazing and I beyond appreciative.

Dr. Koon is absolutely phenomenal! I first saw her for a new glasses prescription after 4 years of not wearing glasses (even though I should have been;) and she was super helpful in getting the correct prescription and understanding when to use them. Since seeing her my glasses have been so helpful and she was amazing in the process of getting the proper prescription and keeping my eyes healthy! I would recommend her to anyone! Additionally her staff was so helpful and nice, very welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of! I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Koon and Katie are fantastic. My mom and I scheduled appointments back to back today for exams and new glasses and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Koon really takes her time to make sure your prescription is exactly what your eyes need and explains the tests she runs so you understand your eye health. The technology that Dr. Koon has invested in is also fantastic so you dont have to deal with dilated eyes for the rest of the day. State of the art technology makes prescriptions more precise. Dr. Koon is is extremely easy to talk to, friendly, and the most knowledgeable I've ever worked with. This is the fourth eye doctor that has tried to fit me with contacts, and Dr. Koon is the first to get it right. Also, beautiful office, very friendly staff.
