Everyone Yoga
What is Yoga? There are many definitions, but most would agree it means to be "yoked" or Union. Yoga is Universal, connecting us to all things. Yoga is also for each individual, allowing you to connect the mind, body and spirit to become whole. At everyoneYoga, we embrace and respect where each individual is at in their life stage.

Yoga is accessible for every body type and age. Practice makes progress. The more you practice yoga, you will feel the benefits in your mind, body and spirit; mindfulness and clarity, increased strength, better balance, muscle definition and a sense of purpose and peace. If you're struggling with stress and fatigue, my Stress to Zen Blueprint program is the solution to bring you to vibrant health.

There are shakes, bars, pills, powders, programs with pre-packaged food, counting points, low-carbs, no carbs, high protein, vegetarian, vegan, apps, gyms, group classes, studios, personal training and now virtual training. The problem with these "programs" is they focus on a quick fix to alleviate the symptoms, not address the root cause of the symptoms.

This Yoga Alliance certified program focuses on the school of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga literally means "union through discipline of force". Of course an individual will not be forced into a "one-size-fits-all" yoga certification program, more accurately, begin their own unique journey of self-discovery, passion and purpose.

Bonnie Berry is an excellent Yoga instructor. Knowledgeable and warm, Bonnie cares about your practice. Her soothing voice and excellent transitions cues makes her classes easy to follow. Yet, she can sequence a class tailored to special needs. Bonnie’s philosophy is that everyone can ‘do’ Yoga, and with practice and patience and self awareness you can reap the benefits of a regular Yoga practice!! I highly recommend Bonnie and everyone yoga! If you have been wanting to try yoga but think you can’t, come try a gentle yoga class ! Bonnie also is a certified Barre Fit instructor. Come develop

Having been to various classes and styles of yoga over the years, I can say that this center offers a nice balance of classes, ranging from beginner to advanced, slow and deep stretch, to more aerobic and flowing movement. The other nice thing is that everyone I've encountered is genuine and friendly. (Some other places I have been to, unfortunately have big-ego gurus. Not here!)

Check out their web site, and read the descriptions, and try out various classes and teachers, to find what works for your own needs. They truly are geared for "Everyone- Yoga." http://everyone-yoga

My friend Kipper told me I should write more reviews so here we go!
Right now I m going to Everyone Yoga 3 times a week, my friend teaches Ashtanga Yoga there Mysore Style, and that is the reason I m here for.
If you live in or close to Asheville it's hard to find Mysore style yoga and I m happy with Jonathan being a great and passionate teacher with amazing hand on assists.
The group that meets 3 times a week so far is very mixed level and thanks to Mysore style everybody gets the attention and help they need where they are.
That said I do t know much more about other teachers here, Henrietta
