Patients receive personalized care plans addressing emotional wellness alongside physical health. With locations across Houston, we ensure accessible mental health resources for individuals and families seeking long-term well-being solutions.
Community Health Services
Community Health Services deliver preventive care and education through mobile clinics and neighborhood outreach programs. We offer BMI screenings, glucose testing, and health education to underserved populations facing barriers to traditional healthcare access. These initiatives focus on early detection, chronic disease prevention, and community empowerment through culturally sensitive health resources.
Dentistry
Dental services include preventive care, restorative treatments, and pediatric dentistry at dedicated clinic locations. Our team emphasizes lifelong oral health through routine checkups, cleanings, and specialized treatments like sealants and extractions. By starting dental care at age 6 months, we establish early prevention strategies for children and comprehensive care for adults.
Family Medicine
Family Medicine provides continuous healthcare for all ages, focusing on preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and women's health services. Board-certified providers address diabetes, hypertension, and preventive care through personalized treatment plans. With extended hours and multiple locations, we serve as the primary healthcare home for entire families.
