Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) breaks down scar tissue and fascial restrictions to restore mobility. Clinically proven for conditions like carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, and plantar fasciitis, this technique accelerates healing through targeted manual therapy sessions.
Certified Hand Therapy
Specialized treatment for hand and upper extremity injuries, combining anatomical expertise with functional rehabilitation. Certified therapists address conditions like tendonitis and nerve injuries to restore independence in daily activities and professional tasks.
Orthosis Services
Custom and prefabricated orthoses reduce pain and stabilize injuries. Tailored solutions treat conditions like DeQuervain's tenosynovitis and mallet finger, using immobilization or dynamic support to promote proper healing and functional recovery.
Fluidotherapy
Dry heat therapy with suspended particles provides deep tissue warmth and tactile stimulation. This modality improves circulation and range of motion for conditions like arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and chronic joint pain.
Joint Mobilization
Gentle manual techniques improve joint mobility and reduce stiffness. Focused on shoulders, wrists, and elbows, this therapy alleviates pain from conditions like frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injuries through controlled, therapeutic movements.

Ive been treated her for sometime now. Its been at least 2 years. Always easy to schedule an appt, thru the phone, or slide into their IG dms. I can come and get a package and get treated for tightness, or the long term ailments Ive discovered. Ive been treated by multiple therapists, Danny, Andrew and Chris. Each have taken such great care of my injuries. Danny is always so quick to pin-point whats happening and it usually involves me sitting for long hours, I know I know, take breaks...gotta take more stretch breaks. Then he sends me home with stretches that when done, make a considerable

My boyfriend took me to High Five Hand Therapy yesterday and hands down its the best therapy place I’ve ever been too! I got a deep tissue massage. Slight painfully but very satisfying massage. Very profesional and on point with the diagnostics. Whenever y’all are out here in LA definitely check them out they are located in the Garden Grove Ca area. I really recommend this place especially to my fitness people!
