In 1991 Morrell Jewelry was established as the first store in Boerne offering fine jewelry as well as watch and jewelry repair. Over the next twenty-five years our store has expanded exponentially thanks to the support and generosity of the Boerne community.

Jeanette has been associated with Morrell Jewelry since 2001 when Jeanette worked with David & Diana Morrell, the founders of Morrell Jewelry. In 2012 she purchased Morrell Jewelry when Mr. Morrell retired and has expanded and grown both her knowledge of the jewelry business and the scope of the store.

I provided transportation for a daughter and her elderly mother.
The mother has moments of confusion and pride her possession.That being said.
Mother stated her back fell off her watch and wanted it replace.i took them to your stote,where we were quickly told you dont have the back.However you were willing to sell different watch to us,
When I went somewhere else that same day. We were informed the back is on the watch. And unscrewd it to show us.

Need my wedding ring worked so went searching for reviews ...these ppl are local , family owned and so ALL work in house which was most important to me. As don't want my jewelry sent out and risk being lost. So off I headed and it's akwa scary for me asafter 30 years, it's priceless to me. So when I walked in someone greeted me instantly. Good sign for sure. I told them I needed a prong fixed and they took a look. Told me all prongs needed to be worked on to insure I did not loose my stone. Big gulp of course assuming this is where the big bucks start. I said how much ??? They

Amazing service especially if you are doing custom work. The new location is so beautiful! They do watch batteries well you wait or overnight for a great price. I also have had several family rings resized and worked on over the years and been very happy with the work and the price quoted. In regards to the review about parking.... the staff does not park there because if you go when they first open they are always open.

Amazing customer service! I have been taking my jewelry there for years and I have always gotten a better price than any other place in town (Green Bull is super expensive!). Their custom work is fantastic and so is their consignment jewelry. Great place overall for just buying jewelry and for jewelry and watch repair. They also buy gold and silver and give you cash or you can used it towards your balance.

Morrell Jewelry is the best place around for custom designs, jewelry selections, repairs, cleanings and consignment. I've had all these services done here multiple times since I moved to Boerne 5 years ago. Jeanette (owner) worked with Dave (previous owner) for 20 or more years. She has continued his passion with her own and knowledge of the jewelry industry. Be sure to attend their Holiday Open Houses they decorate so cute and have a nice spread off apps along with REALLY nice good bags & prizes!!!

Obviously their EMPLOYEE front row parking is much more important than being a small town friendly business. Will never spend another dollar in this place that actually was one of my favorite places to have jewelry repair in Boerne. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. Too bad you can't count on long time Boerne owned businesses to maintain good manners with the locals. Shame on you!!!

After having Green Bull ruin and priceless ring, and not standing behind their work, I had a friend recommend Morrell Jewelry. I was a little hesitant after my experience with Green Bull. Mary assured me that I would not be disappointed. While on vacation they sent it our for an evaluation and came back with a great price to repair. They redid the whole ring and made it look new. I will only take my jewelry to Morrell Jewelry and only buy from them. They are the best in Hill Country! Thank you for saving my priceless memories!
