In July of 1968, Don's Car Wash opened at 1125 Grand Ave after moving from Fargo, North Dakota. In 1970 the second car wash location, 2343 Central was built. Shortly after in 1972, Don's Car wash expanded to three locations, at 1924 1st Ave N, which also included a convenience store. In July of 2008, Don's Xpress Center opened at 2324 Main.

Members of our Unlimited Wash Program enjoy the benefits of washing whenever, conveniently at our 6 locations. First, select a wash package that fits your needs. Then choose how often you would like the membership. You can cancel or upgrade the Monthly Membership at any time. A RFID tag will be carefully placed on the inside of the windshield.

Great car wash! Unlike the car washes up here in South King County Washington State, they did a fantastic prewash!
We drove 950 miles from Seatac, WA. to Billings, MT. The front of the car, wind shield, mirrors were pasted with bug remains. It took two hot soapy pressure prewashers. And a drive through wash to clean it off.
And it looked great afterward.

Our truck was damaged in the heights car wash. We noticed immediately after pulling out of the car wash, never even left the parking lot & came straight into the main office. We weren't that upset because we very much assumed they would make it right. We & an employee (he was helpful) took pictures of the damage and were then told a manager has to see the damage in person in order for them to do anything. The employee called the manager and said he seemed upset. We waited around for about 45 minutes for a heights "manager" to answer & tell us he is wasn't coming in even though we told them we live

Nice people helped me out in a tight spot a few months back, and they went out of their way to tell me about one of my front tires slowly leaking which I got fixed. The are hard workers that do the best they can, never had one complaint from them or any customers about how the employees treat everyone. Actually a good friend of mine recommended them to me, and i would recommend them to anyone else. And the price compared to others is really reasonable,l. Keep up the good work guys, so awesome you guys step it up for your customers. Got to give you guys a 5 star rating can't think of a reason why

Everyone said that this was a awesome carwash...maybe others that are owned by Don are, however, this one is not. When I got out to vaccum there was dirt on the door handles and the brake lights. There was soap on the top and back part of my suv. I had to hand wipe the remaining dirt off my car. I'm sure the other Don's car washes in Billings are great, however, do not use the one that's on Main Street in the Heights. Very disappointed.

I will NEVER go there again. Other reviews are correct your car ALWAYS has dirt left on it. I can live with that . What really has me pissed off is with the oil change. I have a 2015 toyota. I've had it for 1 year now I've gotten my oil changes done at Don' s carwash. My husband just checked my oil and there is no oil reading on the dip stick 😯. It's a 2015 I don't have a oil leak!!! So my husband does a oil change with a new oil filter just like they are SUPPOSED to do . My oil filter was sooo black and nasty there is no way they ever change my oil filter like I paid for. DON'T GO THERE if

I had a bad experience at this gas station this morning. I stopped to fill up for gas on my way to work and the pump malfunction spilling gas everywhere I was mortified. I went inside to let the staff know and the manager said he would send someone out to take care of it. I mention how it went everywhere plus on my clothes and he said " what do you want me to do? Wipe you down? He was very rude which shocked me as I had been going to this gas station almost weekly since it opened as it is on my way to work He had no compassion or kindness I was just shocked how cold hearted he was. This car wash never cleans very well, but generally your hands are tied when it's the only car wash on your side of town. My last visit awarded me a 3" screw in my tire which had my tire flat within 5 minutes as I drove to a gas station down the road. It was christmas eve.
Would have been ok, IF the manager cared at all. I called the manager and asked him to help resolve it politely, and he told me that "we clean the car wash every night" and "I can't help you. Bye.". Had to switch to the donut tire (on christmas eve) and
