We have attempted to cancel our membership for several months. Weve texted and emailed several times. He actually demanded we send him a physical letter so we did that. And still we cannot seem to cancel our subscription. I strongly suggest you factor this in before deciding to use thjs service.

Buyer beware. I chose Dr Goel for care because there were so many excellent Google reviews. Upon first phone call, he promptly responded, came to our home later that, and provided good medical care. We thought he was great. And then, things changed. I developed a very challenging medical condition and he became difficult to reach or communicate with. I had to request a referral several times over the course of weeks for a specialist which he ignored until I told him, begged him, that the specialist needed his referral to work with me. (My next doctor is amazing and sent referral same day).

I am very grateful for Desert Mobile Medical and Dr. Goel for the amazing care provided. The incredible convenience and value of their concierge services became all the more obvious while I was on vacation with my family and began feeling quite sick. Dr. Goel was able to promptly schedule a telemedicine visit with me and prescribe the needed medications. By the next day I was feeling 100% better and able to enjoy the rest of the vacation with my family. I can not thank Dr. Goel and Desert Mobile Medical enough for their great care!
