Our HVAC system was not properly cycling in "auto" setting. A service tech was out the next day to help diagnose the system. We confirmed that the PC board was malfunctioning, and that the cost of replacement exceeded the residual value of the older unit. We agreed on the installation of a new, high efficiency unit. Negotiations on price went smoothly and were more than fair. The installation team was out within a few days. The installation went flawlessly. I needed to replace a ceiling furnace that was very difficult to access. Jerry figured out a way to relocate the new furnace in a way that minimized the space utilized. It was done in a very professional manner. They also assumed my annual maintenance earlier this year and alerted me to issues that my previous provider had not. They are very thorough.

While initially I was happy with their service, I'm so disappointed to report that if problems arise, JC Heating & Cooling are not the people to look to for help. It took two bad experiences for me to write this review. Initially, in 2016, we were happy with the zone heating & cooling set up they installed. Issue #1:Two years later (in 2019), after having some problems with the AC, we agreed to have JC H & C replace our old unit, believing as they advised us, that a brand new unit would give us better cooling.
