Daisy Star
Report
My name is "Daisy Star." I am a ruff-ceptionist here at Schrom, Shaffer & Botel. My litter-mate sister is "Penny Bryne." We are golden retrievers. We are two years old. We come to the office most days with our dad, Gerard. He cares for us really well, gives us treats, and takes us to the park before we come to work.

If you've been charged with a crime, you are under serious threat. Contact a Philadelphia criminal defense lawyer you can trust today to protect your rights and freedoms. If you're like many people who have been charged with a crime, you likely don't know what to do or who to turn to. Should you talk to the police?
3 Strikes
Report
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is a "3 Strikes" law state. Facing a third felony conviction is serious and requires the advice of a seasoned 3 strikes lawyer located in Philadelphia. The 3 strikes law is considered the harshest sentencing law in the U.S., apart from non-capital sentencing. For a third felony conviction, if the defendant has two previous "serious" felony convictions, a life sentence is mandatory.
