701A is a slum lord condo; dirty, hot, and quite rundown for what I paid, i.e. almost $1,000 for 3 nights. Old ceiling fans are dirty, top refrigerator shelf looks like meat juice was left all over the shelf; refrigerator itself is rusted all over the left side on the outside; drapes are 1970's, complete with torn backing. . The decor (pictures, wall hangings, etc ) and pillows, towels, and bedding etc., are Dollar Store purchases; furniture, throw rugs, etc., appear to be thrift store pick ups; broken doors, broken door lock. Will NEVER rent this particular unit again. I have photos to back up

Beautiful location. Grounds and pools were very nice. The condo we stayed in had tiles coming up in the hall and kitchen area. It definitely needed some work.

Stayed on 10th floor elevator kept messing up, they have roaches, water pressure sucks in the showers, there's no management in the evenings if you have an issue, the beds are horrible, memory foam mattress from Walmart would have been better. I would not recommend to anybody to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Summerhouse. We stayed in condo 702A. The condo itself was very nice and we had plenty of room with great views. However, it was very minimal stocked. We had four towels for a seven day stay with a condo that slept up to 8guests. So, that meant we were constantly washing towels. Our condo did have a washer and dryer but the dryer wasnt strong enough to dry the towels after three times of turning the dryer on the towels still wouldnt dry so we ended up just hanging them to dry. The same thing for toilet paper, our condo had one roll per bathroom for a seven day stay

The Summerhouse is a great place for families. Everything is very convenient to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The two bedroom units provide adequate room for larger families and it is very secure with surveillance video of all areas. The improvements made after the hurrican has greatly increased the value of your vacation. The Summerhouse provides a game room and two swimming pools, kiddy pool and a hot tub.
