Receptionist had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I get that shes unhappy with her life, since Im sure shes making minimum wage, but theres no need to take it out on customers.

Dr. Nervi is amazing! He let's you know exactly what he is doing and why is doing it. Answers all my questions and concerns. Clean office and friendly staff. Never had to wait long to be seen.

The staff here has been great in the past, I usually don't have any issues, but today was different. I had an appointment for 10:20 AM, arrived at 10:12. The waiting room had about 7 people waiting, no seats available, WTH? I had to, of course, fill out a "nothing's changed" sheet of paper. A nice young lady offered her seat to me, but I declined. Turned paper in just before 10:20, a seat became available, I sat down. Patients start getting called. More patients come in, get called. "Nice young lady" and I are still sitting there at 10:53, she gets called. Two guys had just come in before that
