Dr. Mojgan Haghshenas grew up in Centreville, Virginia, and received her undergraduate degree in Biology from George Mason University in 1995. She completed her Doctorate in Optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University) in 2000. Upon graduation, she received awards in clinical excellence in low vision at the Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center and clinical excellence in pediatric and binocular vision at the Thomas Lynch Pediatric Center.
Dr. Haghshenas is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and provides general eye heath exams, contact lens fittings, co-management of refractive surgery (LASIK, PRK), cataract consultations, and treatment of eye diseases such as "pink eye".In addition to Optometry, Dr. Haghshenas enjoys running marathons, dancing, cooking and spending time with her family.
