Red Oak began in 1984 with a 3 family house and has grown for more than 3 decades to approximately 1800 apartment homes. Founder and President, Ron Dupont is a New Hampshire native and very passionate about offering all the residents who live in a Red Oak Apartment Home an excellent place to live. It's important to know that the great staff and associates at Red Oak are also behind the Red Oak leaf!

Red Oak continues to be a rental market innovator by eliminating the traditional security deposit. New residents pay only a one-time, non-refundable fee starting at $299 for a Lease Term Bond. By paying that small fee and their first month's rent when they move in, along with your good credit, landlord references and income qualification, we help our residents save hundreds of dollars.

Red Oak continues to expand our Green Initiatives and support efforts for Green Living to help minimize our environmental footprint and to save you money on energy costs. We're always looking into ways of incorporating clean and renewable energy sources into our business and our properties.

Red Oak has made a big dent in the amount of energy required by our apartment buildings by updating our West Side apartments with the latest in energy-efficient lighting and insulation.Additionally, we have completed major work in Milford New Hampshire at our Milford Trails and Eastern Trails properties by adding new boilers at those locations.
