Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nursing services provide 24/7 medical care from licensed professionals. We specialize in managing complex health conditions while emphasizing comfort and dignity. Residents receive personalized care plans addressing chronic illness, post-surgical recovery, and long-term health maintenance through regular assessments and coordinated treatments.
Physical Therapy
Certified therapists deliver individualized physical therapy programs to restore mobility and functionality. Using advanced equipment, we help residents recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions through targeted exercises and pain management techniques that improve strength, balance, and overall physical capacity.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy focuses on maintaining independence through daily activity training. Therapists work with residents to improve fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and adaptive techniques for dressing, eating, and other essential tasks that support autonomous living.
Speech Therapy
Specialized speech therapy addresses communication disorders and swallowing difficulties. Our clinicians use evidence-based techniques to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and safe eating practices through individualized treatment plans that enhance residents' quality of life.

Registered dietitians create customized therapeutic diets based on medical conditions. We implement specialized meal plans for diabetes, heart disease, and dietary restrictions while ensuring proper nutrition through regular monitoring and adjustments by our in-house dietary experts.

My mother was a patient at Villa Vista for 5months. As her daughter, I was pleased with the staff during her stay. In Pittsburgh, there are a number of corporate-owned nursing facilities. A big bonus to Villa Vista
is that it is still owned by a Steubenville
family with a lot of heart, and that makes all the difference. This is
both a homey yet professional place: from the helpful, sweet voice of
the receptionist, the personable and sensitive social services coordinator, the
upbeat staff (and the nurses --who nearly always attended to my many phone
calls)...Even the "activities director"
