Our office is located on the corner of Business Route 29 and Laurel Street on the south side of Culpeper within 1 block of the Culpeper Regional Hospital. It is a common misconception that 20/20 vision = Healthy eyes. However this is not necessarily the case. There are a many eye conditions and diseases that can affect or damage the eye and at least in the early stages the patient can still maintain "20/20 Vision."

Our office offers a full range of optometric services including routine and medical eye care services as well as an extensive optical with a full line of frames and cutting edge lens options. Dr. Hoover received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1987 and his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1991.
