I recently had the pleasure of meeting Aleta Sloan. I made an appointment with her to discuss options for skincare. As an African American female, I suffer from dark spots and uneven skin tone, which has been worsened by the acne that developed from the requirements of wearing mask. Aleta was wonderful from beginning to end of the appointment. She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. She intently listened to my concerns and then she educated me about different skin care techniques, and we put in place a plan to create improvements to the appearance of my skin. I was so impressed

I came across Aleta when searching the internet for someone new to help me take care of my skin for preventative measures with aging. I called many places, and Aleta was the only one who took the time out to answer all of my questions and concerns. Aleta is the absolute sweetest! Shes very comforting and very accommodating for any schedule. Shes very easy to talk to and explains everything shes doing. I had some laser hair removal done using the MotusAy machine. The least painful experience I have ever had. I will never go back to waxing!

I am so happy that I found Aleta for my laser hair removal journey! I have done a large amount of research on the locations in Wilmington and Hampstead and I chose United Medical and Aesthetics based on a combination of Aletas knowledge, equipment (Motus AY laser system), prices and most importantly her client reviews. I just completed my first session and I was so happy with the process because I have highly sensitive skin which is easily susceptible to pain and I did not feel the pain people mention when speaking laser hair removal. It was a breeze! Aleta was super thorough, kind and helpful
