Susham Modi focuses his practice on helping individuals with immigration issues. Before moving to Houston, he worked as an Attorney Advocate at Harvard Law School's Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program. During his time, Attorney Modi worked on complex immigration matters, including asylum, deportation defense cases, and family-based petitions.
Patrick Pettibon

Attorney Patrick Pettibon joined The Modi Law Firm, PLLC in 2018. He earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from Sam Houston State University and graduated with honors from the Elliott T. Bowers Honors College. While completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Pettibon worked as a legal assistant for a highly regarded immigration attorney.

Our Legal Secretary, Lourdes Gomez (nickname "Daisy") first started working at The Modi Law Firm, PLLC in 2018. Ms. Gomez is devoted to providing excellent customer service. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is available to translate for our clients. Prior to working at our firm, Ms. Gomez worked in human resources and also separately as a lead administrative assistant at an ER.
