In a small restaurant on Chicago's Historic South Side back in 1974,t he first Stuffed Pizza was served. It all started with a unique recipe. Not long afterward, stuffed spinachand stuff zucchini pizzas were created and stunned the pizza world. We knew our pizza was sensational and three years later, in 1977, Chicago Magazine proclaimed our pizza is the best in the city.
