Bergen Dermatology
Let's find the best way to meet your skin's immediate needs, as well as your long-term goals. I work a bit differently than most other dermatologists. I like to get to know my patients so we can build a long-term relationship that benefits their skin as well as their overall wellness. As a board-certified dermatologist, I offer the full spectrum of medical, cosmetic and surgical care.

I'm also a direct-care provider, which means that I do not accept insurance. The upsides: This gives me more one-on-time to spend with patients (rather than filling out paperwork) so we can establish an ongoing relationship. Even more, this allows me to take a holistic approach to skin health that integrates overall wellness.

About
Report
I'm a dermatologist with a medical degree from Temple University, a master's degree of public health in epidemiology from George Washington University and board certification from the American Academy of Dermatology. I have a brick-and-mortar office in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey and I currently offer telemedicine-based services in several states across the United States.*
Services
Report
Bergen Dermatology has transitioned to a direct-care model, which means we no longer accept insurance. This was an extremely difficult decision to make, but I feel this is the only way I can treat my patients to the best of my ability in the way that benefits all of us. This gives me more one-on-one time to spend with patients (rather than filling out paperwork) so we can establish an ongoing relationship.

Virtual Appointments
Report
Yes, it's possible to get the highest quality of dermatological care from the comfort of your own home! Most medical concerns can be diagnosed via telemedicine, and virtual cosmetic consultations can save you a trip to the office. I can call in prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy after these sessions as well.
Programs
Report
Unlike short-lived skin reactions, chronic conditions such as acne or embarking on a new skincare regimen that addresses your unique skin concerns involves more than one appointment. Follow-up is key for optimal results, and my "programs" offer a comprehensive approach to achieving healthy skin. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards (except American Express), Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).
