The community of TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort now has a number of beautiful, fully furnished homes available for rent. Boat slips can be added to your reservation. The minimum stay in Scalloping Season before Labor Day weekend is 3 nights and after Labor Day weekend 2 nights. A down payment of 25% of the total amount is due within 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
