They leave paperwork on door know prior to evaluating lawn. Left fertilizer pellets all over driveway..I have a dog. Young man showed up on backyard unannounced, had attitude when I questioned who he was. Couldn't see uniform, was parked 2 houses down, couldn't see vehicle. Will NOT use next year!!
